Positive: We were met by Livia who communicated superbly throughout. The villa overlooks Como and has a wonderful balcony view. Dining table outside which was lovely for breakfast. The villa is well appointed and we wanted for nothing. It was very spacious and comfortable, and it really felt like home for a few days. Lovely safe & secure parking but the ferry is less than five minutes away so you don't really need to use your car. Nice restaurant just down the road and a supermarket. Lovely garden, peaceful and very well kept.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. If you are going to walk the villa is situated up a slight hill. Not a difficult walk a good one to get to your heart rate up slightly.

Positive: Villa is in an excellent location with beautiful views and private, secure,, free parking. Can walk to restaurants and thr ferry. House is well stocked and very comfortable. Views from the house are stunning. Communication was great before and during our stay.
Negative: Stovetop is a little tricky to light. It was also quite warm when we were there so the AC has a hard time cooling all the bedrooms. Some rooms were warm. Minor items compared to the exceptional property and location!
