Positive: The resort is next level comfort, the staff go above and beyond and are extremely friendly. Would happily stay for longer next time. I had mentioned my birthday and in my room on arrival was balloons, birthday cake and welcome, happy birthday message, and extra special touch.

Negative: The resort offers 24 hr in room dining which is great when you need it, not so much fun when you hear trollies and door bells ringing through the night. There were people in pool, directly outside my window at 3am which I appreciate is difficult to manage but I found sleeping difficult that night.
