Positive: The gardens and pool was beautifully maintained, the beach was clean only occupied with a fisherman or two maintaining their boats. The superia room is very big, accommodating the biggest bed and the best AC unit pumping out 16 to 18 degrees with ease. The Staff really do a great job and super friendly.

Negative: You will need a hotel taxi or a scooter to get about. Gojek and Grab do not operate in this location. No TV or fridge in our room and the Wi-Fi can be weak.

Summary: Great place to relax and disconnect from the outside world.

Positive: A really beautiful hotel and great value for money. In huge gorgeous rooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Negative: They need to clean the beach more often. there was plastic everywhere and even though it's a public beach, their hotel is right there so they need to clean it, at least for the sake of the environment if not for the guests. No need to rake up the beautiful frangipani flowerheads fall on the lawn. Pick up the plastic instead.!!

Positive: The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, like a little paradise surrounded by nature. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view that made our stay truly relaxing.
