Summary: Check-in was fast and friendly. Dinner at Zalman‘s was very good. The look of the hotel itself is very cool and modern, but the condition was disappointing. My room had dirty towels on the floor from the previous guest when I arrived. There was a giant water stain that had been painted over on the ceiling. And overall, it just needed updating. The pool area as well Was pretty rundown. In spite of this, it was still a decent place and it was quiet at night, which was nice. I just thought it would be a little bit more luxurious based on the photos and its reputation.

Summary: The room was perfect. We stayed in a suite and it let our needs perfectly. The restaurant associated with the hotel was priced according to what hotel restaurants typically charged but the quality was not great. We tried both breakfast and lunch there and were not impressed. The staff was amazing and very accommodating at the hotel. Will stay again, but provided feedback that the food quality needed some improvement.

Summary: It was honestly kind of shocking to see just how bad this was after seeing it call itself 4 stars! I would be fine with it if it billed itself as a 2 star and the price was on par with that. When I arrived, it was super dingy looking from the outside. Upon entry, one couple was complaining that the bartender was missing while another person was trying to get their key fixed, with the poor front desk guy bouncing between those and trying to check me in. It’s a small thing, but one at a time helps everyone feel valued. The room itself was bad—flat pillows, blood on the sheets, and a hole in the comforter. Bathroom was cramped and there are no streaming services on the TV. All the products in my bathroom dispensers were empty. For the price point and the alleged upscale, I would expect so much better.
