Positive: Room was clean and fresh, and included two bottles of water, coffee, tea, and a couple of small biscuits, Bathroom was good with nice quality towels. Bed not the most comfortable but ok for one night Building and rooms look recently renovated to a good standard

Negative: Even though the booking states breakfast is included in the price of the room, no breakfast was provided. Management seemed disorganised upon arrival, and couldn't find our booking so asked to see the confirmation on my phone. When we came down for breakfast at 8am, there was no one to be found in either the dining area or reception. We couldn't see or hear anyone, and all the lights were off. We specifically booked as breakfast was included, and it was part of a night away for a birthday. We used the "self checkout" (leaving key card in a plastic box and walking out) and had to find food elsewhere, tried to contact the hotel through booking.com on the 24th to explain the above, prior to leaving a review but to date have not received a response.

Positive: There is a lot of space at the restaurant inside an out staff was friendly enough room was very clean

Negative: Wasn’t anywhere’s to park when we first arrived and no one was there when we arrived to check in breakfast was included in the price an it stated it would be served from 8.30 but was told we couldn’t have it till 9.30 as we had to be somewhere we missed it bed was very uncomfortable

Summary: It’s was ok for one night but probably won’t be going back
