Summary: Great hotel with great staff. Stayed at 5 hotels while in Ireland and this was the best. Not much to look at from the outside but very nice on the inside. Meals were very good and all staff were friendly and helpful. Loved this place!

Summary: The hotel is nice with two places to eat, an outdoor seating area, and a couple of floors with rooms. I had a room above the main entrance and while it was comfy, there was absolutely no noise prevention with either the window or the door. I could hear everything. There's a tag that offers ear plugs, but I'd rather see them invest in better sound proofing. The bed was firm, which I enjoyed. It's close to some food options as well in the area. I can't speak to the food options in the hotel as I didnt eat there. Overall comfy, but the noise was noticeable. Staff is very friendly.

Summary: Good location, great parking facilities. I have stayed a number of times at your hotel and always enjoy the good atmosphere and facilities of your hotel. My room was double booked due to an error with the third party reservations company, the male receptionist on check in on the evening of the 21st June 2026 was not that helpful when I explained the situation to him, he treated me as if I was of artificial intelligence but I have to thank the receptionist at check out (Natalia) when I brought it to her attention she sorted it out and sent a follow up email to me. Breakfast was good with a great choice
