Positive: Clean, modern, new. Multicultural aspect of the new developments, felt like we were on holidays in another country.

Negative: Disassociated. Fire doors SLAM SHUT - watch out. Noise curfew was stated to be 10pm even though legally in Ireland it's 11pm - only concern was the doors SLAMMING for noise as it was not a party stay. The main Dublin to Cork Trainline is beside the apartments, which you will hear. There are 3 lines outside the apartment so some trains utilise this as a stand and keep the engine on. Pushy communication and extremely strict conditions. Luckily the conditions were all within our capabilities. I'd go for a hotel in the future if it's a couple staying.

Positive: There was plenty of room in the apartment. It was very clean and the balcony was a nice feature also. Staff emails were very helpful to get us settled in. Would come back again.

Negative: There was a ticking/dropping sound coming from above the ensuite bathroom, in a ceiling compartment. It kept us awake until we discovered where it was coming from and then we closed the bathroom door. This dulled the sound so we could sleep. Then a pizza guy came to the door late at night so that woke us up also. Not the best of sleeps we've had unfortunately. Maybe this was just bad luck on our part.

Summary: Overall, the apartment was just what we needed for 5 people.

Positive: Great appartment with lot of space for everyone. All needed things in there - microwave, fridge, TV, wifi connection (seamlesly connected via QR code). Good support provided by the host - we had some issue with key box, it was quickly fixed though. Small balcony with a table is also avaiable.

Negative: The room is located in front of railways. If you plan to spend lot of time in the appartment, this may be the issue, as there are kind of noisy trains passing by on regular basis. Night is peaceful - or I was too tired to notice anything. Other than that - all was perfect.
