Summary: Great location and room. The only problem was the communal room. We left two vanilla slices in a banjos bakery box overnight and when I went to get them out of the fridge in the morning they had gone.

Summary: Lovely place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom unit behind the hotel up on the hill. Very comfortable. Breakfast included in the dining room. Very nice cereal, toast, pastries, tea,coffee, fruit etc. great views. Quiet and clean.

Summary: Loved the location & had a good look around, tricky when you're walking though to get to Franklin, as there is no path at all. Just a note to the owner, there were no towel rails in our room & a 3 night stay you would think the cleaners would do a refresh. But otherwise a good stay.
