Positive: The Photos don’t do this place justice. What an exceptional place to stay. Close by to all,of the Roman historic attractions, shops, fuel etc. but far enough away to get a true sense of rural British living. The apartment is comfortable, decked out with quality fittings, furnishings and appliances. Two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms plus an additional toilet. The fireplace and plenty of wood is a nice touch as is the ready prepared fire. The location is fabulous with lovely rural views. For all of this, the value is very good.

Positive: Loved our stay here. The place was spotless, everything seemed really new. Rooms were lovely and location was so peaceful - just what we needed!

Negative: Loved everything about this place. I think the only thing that would have made our stay even better would be a hot tub in the garden over looking the beautiful countryside - although I can totally understand the reasons for not having one!

Positive: The property had everything that you needed, especially in the kitchen. There was plenty of space and the furnishings were comfortable. I slept really well but unfortunately I kept my wife awake with my snoring otherwise she would have slept properly. It was also very convenient to have three toilets, including the two ensuites.

Negative: The televisions were very complicated to use, especially for elderly people. However, the owner did come round to help out when I phoned her.

Summary: Lovely property in a nice location and dog friendly.
