Positive: Very personal attention, excellent food made me feel very welcome. The optional evening meal was superb with home-cooked food made to order and I chose a wine flight which complimented the food perfectly.

Positive: The hospitality and especially the excellent cuisine are what make this BnB a highlight of anyone’s trip to Newfoundland. Michelle and Reidar love their food, and love to discover new tastes that draw on their lifetime of travel and sensitivity to terroir. The breakfasts and dinners around their large family table delighted all our senses. The area around St. Shotts is extremely remote, but stunning.

Negative: Our room was pretty small, but it was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

Positive: Lots of well placed benches outside and a beautiful beach to walk to. They were all so helpful and friendly, offering suggestions and including us in their plans. The food was beyond incredible. They even entertained with music! It seemed they thought of everything ♥️

Positive: We booked dinner with our stay, and it was a creative and delicious meal. Wonderful wine pairings, as well! Breakfast was likewise excellent, and we especially appreciated the care Michelle and Reidar took in accommodating my husband's need for gluten-free meals. And we loved joining in the spontaneous kitchen party that followed dinner. This was the most memorable stay of our whole trip!

Negative: Honestly, no complaints! The B&B is beautifully redone, Michelle and Reidar are warm and hospitable hosts... we had a marvelous stay.

Summary: If you're traveling the Irish loop, make a point of staying here — and book the dinner!

Positive: Michelle & Reidar were amazing host, we felt very comfortable and welcomed in their home. The breakfast was incredibly delicious especially the homemade danish pastry. The landscape to St. Schotts was incredibly unique, so glad that we chose the Keepers Kitchen. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Negative: The road was a little rough but it would not deter me from coming again
