Positive: It was a great stay, not too far from St John's. Dave was great and texted instructions and also met us when we arrived, and was great with help and communication throughout the week-long stay. The entrance is on the side of the house, under the main floor. The common hallway is shared with other rooms. The suite contained the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. It was very clean. The kitchenette was a bit awkward but was nice to have. Bed was comfy. Internet was spotty a couple of brief times but the speed was good. The deck with chairs on the front of the house was a great spot to read with a drink. A small table would have been ideal. I'd definitely stay again.

Negative: The room was lower down in the ground, so had just one short window which was facing the neighbours shed. I shouldn't have expected a view from the room when none was shown, but I had. The shower was really tiny (kept bumping my elbows into the walls) and the bathroom was cramped. A way to wash dishes without using the bathroom sink would be much easier. A few more pictures to show the bathroom setup and window would have allowed me to properly understand the space better. Regardless, it was a good stay and a great price.
