Positive: Everything! The house was beautiful the facilities were great the extras were outstanding!

Negative: The duvet for the main bedroom could have been bigger rather than 2 smaller ones but other than that couldn't fault it

Positive: The overall house was great. Hot tub worked, heating worked, kitchen great. Master bedroom great.

Negative: The double bed downstairs and single bed in second bedroom, absolutely uncomfortable. I did not have to get into the bed to feel how bad the mattress was. Just touching it with my hands and sitting on it was enough to tell me. My colleagues woke up with really bad backs after sleeping on the double bed downstairs, our young person who stayed on the single bed in second room woke up several times in the night and also complained about pain on the return back to home. We work for the council and our young people had paid for this break during the holidays, it was unfortunate the beds were that uncomfortable. I would also like to bring to your attention the projector for the hot tub does not work or simply you did not leave good enough instructions. ALL power switches were turned on, remote control was used but unsuccessful even attempted changing the batteries in the remote control and it still did not come on. I also attempted pressing the power button on the main projector which did nothing. This was not a good experience as the young people wanted to listen to music from the projector and also put on a movie than laying there in silence.

Summary: Overpriced for what you get with uncomfortable beds and not all facilities worked.

Positive: The house is very well decorated and comfortable. Loved the Privacy of the hot tub and the fact that the fridge and cabinets were well stocked with essentials for cooking. My son absolutely loved the bedroom with the ju jungle theme as it was a little adventure in itself.
