Summary: Hotel was nice and welcome was good. I was rudely awaken at 5am in my room from the sound of deliveries and recycling glass bottles which is awful considering the reason we use hotels is to sleep. It has completely ruined my day with work due to tiredness I am now facing. Not one at all

Summary: The staff was fab and checking in was great. I have to speak highly of the staff as when I informed that I was cold, they promptly turned on the heating in my room and asked Housekeeping to bring me a plug in radiator. The room was lively. The only issue was that when we showered, the water ran all over the floor towards the toilet and sink and wet up the bathroom. This happened in room 136. It’s a Lovely room that I would like to stay in again upon my return but the shower needs to be sorted out.
