Summary: I experienced some minor glitches which was resolved and I would like to stay here again on my next visit. The room, especially bathroom was very clean, air conditioning was in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. I am unsure though why they have stopped supplying the little 2-pack biscuits to go with your tea or coffee and glad I didn’t have the kids with me cos they love it🤔. The reception staff were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.👍 Complimentary cookie and ice cream was nice, thank you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫

Summary: There was some issues with the room, spcifically, the lights stopped working, we came back to our room after someone had come to fix the light in the bathroom and found the toilet seat had been removed and not replaced meaning we had to use the hotel restaurent toilet. We then had an issue at breakfast where I had been offered an omlette due to my lactose intolerance, however, after taking a few bites of the omlette found that there was cheese
