Positive: I'm always a bit dubious when booking a family room in hotels I don't know, but this one was excellent, Dinner was very good and our waitress was outstanding in the help she gave to my wife's elder sister who has some health problems[we invited her,her husband, and her son to join us for dinner]with her menu choices. Breakfast was equally good in terms of both food quality and service. Our daughter is a 44 year old young lady with Down's Syndrome and she felt she was always treated in a most inclusive way.
Negative: Nothing I can think of.
Summary: For a one night stay in a hotel we didn't know our experience was miles above our expectations.

Negative: Nothing

Positive: All staff had a welcoming, helpful and happy disposition. Service speed, breakfast food, presentation and quality was extremely good.
Negative: Unfortunately, our room (7) had a cracked hand basin which had obviously had a temporary fix before inevitable (hopefully) replacement. To match the very high quality and attention to detail in evidence everywhere it would have been better not to have pots of moderate marmalade and rather poor honey, and premium product instead.
Summary: Just blown away by the quality and focus given to customer satisfaction.
