Positive: The property is clean and the location is just 3min walk away from MRT Sheung Wan. There are 7-11 just across the street and 30m distance to McDonald.

Negative: The 2 bedrooms are very small, and the single beds are not comfortable. The apartment is located at the whole 33F, but the center of the floor is escalator and stairs, the availability of the room becomes very small.

Positive: Location is central.

Negative: The room was advertised as 700 sf but it appears much smaller. The living room and "dining room" in my opinion are not designed aesthetically or efficiently as the dining table blocks the TV. The bathroom was too small and the bathroom door was faulty and did not close properly. There was condensation from the living room aircond. There was not enough space in the bedroom to open the luggage.
