Positive: The location is great as it is near to places for shopping and eating.

Negative: The location is a bit far from the MTR. It is not convenient if you are carry heavy stuff. If you are walking towards the hotel, you might be able to use the bridge to minimise the hassle. However, if you are travelling towards the MTR, it will be a nightmare as there are many stairs to handle.
