Positive: Amazing stay, I booked private room. The room itself is very spacious, nice big window with beautiful view, and very clean. Upon arriving I was greeted by the hotel team and they briefly explain the main attraction that the city can offer. I also booked English speaking tour guide to the terracotta army site, kudos to Alescia for being patient and very knowledgeable. Tq for the stay guys.

Negative: Not a social atmosphere for meeting other travellers despite a large lounge space. Small bar with limited food options but lots of food carts on street and restaurants across the road

Positive: Luca and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The common area had a beautiful view, was well stocked with drinks and food and was very relaxed and social. The location was perfect too :)

Positive: Very clean and great atmosphere. Luca the manager is extremely nice and helpful he took an hour out of his day to help me set up WeChat on my phone he took us out for drinks and we had the best stay at his hostel. I would highly recommend!

Negative: I have no complaints!
