Positive: Very satisfied, the house is very clean and tidy, well maintained. The new house, flooring, and furniture, as well as the beautiful landscape garden downstairs, are of good quality. The property management is also in place, and living here feels like home. The landlord was also very nice and waived my housing deposit. We had a pleasant communication and recommended many scenic spots in Xi'an as well as delicious restaurants. The transportation of the house is convenient, about 450 meters to the subway station, and it is also close to large shopping centers - Taiao Square and Wanda Plaza. There are many supermarkets and restaurants at the entrance, and breakfast is available at 5 am in the morning. The house is located on the ruins of the Weiyang Palace in the Han Dynasty more than 2000 years ago, which is very nice. The next time I come to stay with you, this will be the most satisfactory accommodation I have ever had.

The community is located in the ruins of the front hall of the Weiyang Palace in the Han Dynasty, which is very rare. The house is 4 kilometers away from the Ming City Wall and 4 kilometers away from the Sajin Bridge， 1 kilometer away from Weiyang Palace National Heritage Park. There are many commercial areas at the entrance of the community, which is very convenient. Breakfast is available for sale at the entrance of the community after 5am. The house is over 700 meters away from Wanda Plaza and TaiAo Plaza in a straight line, making it convenient to have Chinese food. The landlord is good, very polite, introduced many scenic spots to us, and even helped us grab tickets and recommend restaurants. Great. My plane landed at 2am and I entered my room at 4am. The landlord was always online waiting for me. Thank you, I will come back in the future.

Positive: Great house, new high-end community, well decorated new house, beautiful community environment, there is also a free badminton court downstairs, and children's playground facilities. Convenient transportation, located near the West Second Ring Road in Xi'an, allows access to major areas of the city from elevated bridges. The house itself is located in the ruins of the Han Dynasty imperial palace - Weiyang Palace, a site dating back over 2000 years. The famous Taiao Plaza and Wanda Plaza shopping centers are located over 700 meters away in a straight line, with hundreds of restaurants and plenty of food to eat at midnight. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, the owner is very friendly, the house is also very clean, and I am very satisfied.
