Positive: we chose this hotel/guesthouse because of it's location close to university hospital and it was clean, quiet and comfortable. No food close by, but just a short drive awaay

Negative: the snow had not been cleaned after a snow storm a few days earlier and it was difficult getting around, car got stuck in the parking area

Positive: This establishment is very conveniently located in Saskatoon. While the parking out front is limited, there were additional spaces in the rear of the property. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable.

Negative: Bed was softer than I normally like. No bed side reading lamp detracted. Minimal amount of noise from other guests inside and my room was located near the rear of the building where guests were allowed to smoke. Some outside conversations audible.

Summary: Great location and very good for a couple of nights in Saskatoon.

Positive: The room was spacious. There were also two common areas which are great. One had a dining table and a second table looking out of a large window with stools. I used this room a lot for work as it was quiet and had free coffee and tea. The second common room had couches.

Negative: The kitchen in the common area could not be used for cooking but only for dining. The closest supermarket was about 25 minutes walk

Negative: No lamp in the bedroom but otherwise it was an adequate arrangement and comfortable stay.
