Summary: Or visit was great overall. My only issue was with the pool. The attendant put chemicals in the water while my daughter was still in the hot tub, which I'm not sure should have been done. My daughter ended up with skin irritation. There was so much chlorine it bleached her brand new swim suit. We didn't bring this forward as I was not aware until after we left Otherwise, excellent staff, clean rooms and great food at the restaurant.

Summary: Everything was good except for the shower and parking. If you don’t have a parking spot early you aren’t getting one and you can only get a smaller vehicle into the under ground parking. Shower had basically no pressure.

Summary: Great location. My kids had a great time at the pool. They had to turn the water off that night. But we knew in advance and decided to keep the room anyway, and the staff was great about bringing us bottled water. When we needed it. We also got upgraded, which is always awesome.
