Summary: Nice hotel

Summary: All good & love to stay here. Very nice & clean room. Only one problem here. The lift is out of service & still remain unusable after 3 weeks. I hope the management can look into this seriously & repair it the soonest. Is very inconvenient for any visitor, who have big/heavy luggage to use the staircase. Thanks.

Summary: We keep coming back to this property as it's good location and the staff are very friendly. This trip we were slightly disappointed. We can smell the foul smell coming from the washroom. The helpful staff helped to change us to another room on the same floor. Less smell and we need to keep the washroom door close all the time. The smell most probably from the drainage pipe.
