Negative: The master room facing sun directly and afternoon was super hot 🥵 like staying in oven sauna conditions. Even on the air conditioner still very hot. So cannot rest.

Positive: Clean and spacious. WiFi was quite fast and good connection.

Negative: Difficulty to navigate the exact location using the Google Maps for first timers. We were lost for around 10 mins. Not much channels on the TV. Unavailability of bidet and confusing shower mechanism.

Positive: The house is really very spacious than i look in the picture. The owner also very friendly and kind. We didnt know that iron box is upon request. So, when we request for it, and we told them that need to use it for next morning they bought a new iron for us. the house are very clean and their staff are also very friendly and well manner. Thank you for the wonderful stay. if in future have to visit Bintulu, then for sure will stay here. but its good if there are a group of people staying here. really had fun staying here.

Negative: If it could provide those basic needs essential item it will be good , eg, some basic kitchen utensil, dont even have a cup even have the water dispenser; toiletries like , shampoo and shower even toilet roll is not provide until request with the host. Water heater is not stable when shower, so it suddenly hot and cold water.
