Positive: The bar food was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the bar and were happy to offer suggestions for 4 year old fussy eaters. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are fab.
Negative: The pool was great but a bit tired looking. But we had a great time in it because it's very quiet, we practically had it all to ourselves.

Positive: Kids play centre was brilliant facility and the kids club was a lovely bonus to have an adult only meal. Staff were just fabulous all round . Food was delicious, from breakfast to bar to the restaurant
Negative: Slight noise from the near main room from where our room was located.

Positive: Over all experience was very good lovely hotel
Negative: I had late checkout which was at 1pm but reception woke us up at 11:30am with a phone call asking us what time we were checking out even tho it would be on the system if they checked. Also around 12 my partner was just out of the shower when a cleaner walked into our room which was just uncalled for.
