Summary: We stay frequently at this hotel and they’re always so welcoming. There are little dog and everybody makes a big fuss over her. This is just a nice hotel by the river with a great staff.

Summary: This was our second stay here. Lovely location. Most things were great but 2 big areas of improvement would make this a 5 out of 5 stay. Mattress is very lumpy and uncomfortable. And the food at breakfast was good but extremely limited in choices. No dairy free anything. Would have been nice to have cereal and oatmeal with toppings. Otherwise a nice play to stay.

Summary: Overall an excellent stay , was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. The hot tub was the main reason I booked that hotel , really wanted to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking at Silver Falls .

Summary: We were on a family vacation passing thru and when we got in our room the toilet wasn't flushing properly so they ended up upgrading us to what's called the squid room. A huge room. My kids were overjoyed. The breakfast was great and fresh and the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We had an amazing time. If I could rate this hotel higher than a 10 I would.
