Summary: The Hungry Trout is a neat little hotel very convenient to many area attractions. The owners are very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, but overall fit our needs for our vacation. A larger fridge would have been better.

Summary: The staff was great. They let us check in an hour early. The room was nice. Took us awhile to figure out the AC. The parking lot needs a repaving. Lots of potholes and craters. The place was okay. The town not so accommodating for open stores or restaurants. We had to get up early for our plans in the area. No one opens until 7 am. Not even the gas station that also offers a small store. So if you have to get up and go early. You are going without breakfast unless you bring it with you. No delivery either. We came back tired and thought we would just get a delivery. Nope. No one delivers and their is no Door Dash or uber eats. The rooms have a mini frig. So my suggestion would be to bring your own food.

Summary: We went in April, offseason, everything around the room was still closed. Their communication was limited, at the end we did find our room but I wish we got more info ahead of time. :-)
