Positive: Conveniently located to get around and close to the airport. Staff were friendly. Lots of places nearby to grab a bite if needed. Ate at the hotel restaurant on arrival, menu had a lot of variety.

Positive: The girl in the front desk is very nice and kind. They always have security in entrance and it was great because we noticed that someone was following us and the security took care of it once we told him. The location of this hotel is great because we could have access to shops and restaurants easily. We needed a taxi and they arranged it for us, so that we didn’t have to negotiate a price with a taxi driver. Our room was verrry clean compared to other hotels we stayed in India and the toilet even had a tag that was showing us it is not used since it had been cleaned. It is possible to see some mold on some parts but it was very acceptable amount because the humidity is crazy here, so I don’t think they can do anything about that. We had overall a great experience.
