Positive: We stayed at this 3BHK apartment in Goa during our marathon visit, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all essential facilities available. It comfortably accommodated our group, and this place is ideal for a group of up to 7 people. The layout and amenities make it especially suitable for families and group stays. We visited Goa specifically for the marathon, and the stay added to the overall experience. The apartment provided a relaxed and comfortable environment to rest and recover after the run. The locality was calm, and the house felt safe and homely. I would definitely recommend this place for family trips or group stays in Goa. Negative: Things That Could Be Improved (Suggestions) The apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have a lift, which may be difficult for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. This is something future guests should be aware of. On the morning of our checkout, we faced a water shortage as the tank had run empty. Since we were leaving early, this was a bit uncomfortable. After contacting the owner, we were advised to use water from two alternate connections, which helped, but it was not very convenient. Ensuring adequate water availability, especially during early morning hours, would greatly improve the experience. Apart from the three bedrooms, there is an additional single room without a proper bed. This was not clearly mentioned in the description, and it came as an unpleasant surprise for us, as one person had to sleep on a cot. It would be helpful to clearly mention this in the listing or consider adding a proper bed to make the stay more comfortable for larger groups. (Maybe I missed finding the description) Providing basic amenities such as a kettle and a hair dryer would be very helpful, especially for guests visiting for events like marathons or early-morning activities.

Positive: Host Mr. Sumit was very friendly. We felt like home. He even provided our children Fruits, Vegetables Milk , egg , Bread etc , everything on the house. He collected No extra charges. The stay was More than what we expected.

Positive: Beautiful well maintained home which we connected with instantly. Positive vibes. We enjoyed the Christmas decoration in the house and area around. We visited family 6 with 3 senior citizens so the well equipped kitchen was awesome and of great help. Mr. Sumeet is kind and helpful. Available always.

Negative: These are more suggestions than complaints... This place is upstairs in a local residential building and no lift so if you have senior citizens it may be trouble moving in and out multiple times. Our group is fit so we could manage. The rest of the facilities compensate for this and great value nevertheless Entire house Cleaning is done every 3 days. If you are a big group and doing cooking then you may need some help earlier for the garbage and kitchen part.
