Boutique rural house with over 150 years of history, located just 15 minutes by car from Santiago de Compostela and 20 minutes from the nearest Rías Baixas beach. The town of Bertamiráns, offering all services, is less than 3 km away. Our house is in the countryside, in Brión, in a valley ideally situated for visiting all of Galicia.
The house is rented as a whole for up to 16 people (the number of bedrooms and bathrooms will be made available according to the number of guests in your reservation) and offers charming indoor and outdoor spaces with carefully selected decor. You will find spacious gardens, a pool, chill-out area, and barbecue. The patio has an outdoor kitchen, play area, several porches, and a bathroom with a shower in the garden. There is also space for pets, laundry facilities, and private parking.
Inside, the first floor has 5 double bedrooms (three with large beds and two with twin beds), all with ceiling fans. This floor has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The second floor offers a bedroom with air conditioning, a large bed and a double bed, a crib, a living room with TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. The ground floor features a large dining room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with appliances, utensils, and crockery. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living room where a double bedroom can be arranged upon request. All spaces are comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, and have areas for remote work.
Pets are allowed outside; please ask for more information. Babysitting and catering services are available upon request and for an extra fee. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are strictly prohibited.
