Summary: The hotel was spotless; staff were all super sweet and helpful. The room was perfect-large, clean, with comfy beds, a nice porch, great coffee, strong shower…and lots of yummy snacks. I will definitely stay there again!

Summary: We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: It exceeded what my expectations were. the room was big and clean. It offered a snack pantry at no cost. (water, chips, cookies, protein bars, etc..) My room had a balcony facing the ocean. (but not all rooms do). Were coming back next year.

Summary: The beds are way too high off the floor. Though they provide a step stool it can be difficult and dangerous if you do not have the capability to use it. The chairs on the patio are only for the very slender. Had to use my beach chairs to enjoy the view on the patio.
