Positive: While it may seem a little dated on the outside, the rooms were very nice and very clean. It included a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board as well as a small table with two chairs. Our first floor room also had a nice size little patio with a table and four chairs. Beds were comfortable and the staff was polite. The location was excellent! Very close to the beach, many great food places within 20 minutes (including places along the water), and only 10-15 minutes from scenic Watch Hill.

Negative: The only issue I had was I didn't have very good cell phone service on our first floor room.

Summary: Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Very nice, close to beach but far enough away that it was quiet and it came with a beach pass for Misquamicut Fire District that had 2 lifeguards!

Negative: It was perfect
