Summary: Room was clean and staff was excellent. Staff was willing to assist in anyway. Location is excellent! Tram service was nearby and a bus station for a direct bus to and from the airport in a 10min walk. The only issue I have is with the Laundry Service. Before finalizing the wash, notification of the total cost to wash the laundry should be passed on to the guest if different from what was expected at first(approx. 57 Euros). The new price of 158 Euros is unrational. If I was aware beforehand, the laundry could be completed at Prague Andy's Laundromat(a family member utilized this service for a larger load and confirmed the price) nearby for 20 Euros.

Summary: The Hotel ist chic, quite new, near the Center. The stuff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, with windows to open and a filled fridge, the box spring bed was soft and everything was very clean. I started 2 nights in June 2025 and the AC was also welcomed. The Breakfast was just everything you need and well prepared with an good coffee machine. I appreciated my stay there and truly recommend the Hotel!

Summary: Small boutique hotel in a quiet street a few minutes from a main underground station. The furnishings were in excellent condition and a very comfortable bed gave a good sleep. A chair in the bedroom would have been appreciated but overall there was no other issues. A friendly welcome at reception and attentive staff in the restaurant capped a very pleasant stay.
