Spanning over 7 acres there are lots to enjoy while you are here. Families, fishermen, and guests are able to enjoy our waterfront. Inside and outside dining on our ever-popular Bridge Deck open seasonally on the water. Cape Ann Marine is standing by to help you with your boat, engine, and storage options. The goal is to keep you smiling and boating. Our friendly dock staff and Dockmaster will greet you if you come and stay with us for a meal at Mile Marker One or welcome you and show you the property if you are spending the night. Standing by on VHF 10 to help and catch your lines. The Fuel Dock and pump out offer extended hours with the best fuel and fueling facility around. Positive: It was a spacious suite. The view was great. We had our own private deck. The woman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

Negative: It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. And we had no idea what the place was going to look like because there were no pictures of it. I'm not sure that is the hotels fault or booking. coms fault.

Summary: The "penthouse" is comfortable and fun to stay at. Plenty of room.

Positive: I traveled with my 12 year old daughter. We were excited when we arrived - the area looked great and the room looked cozy - the beds were comfortable but then we ran into an immediate problem with the toilet not working and wet carpet gave a musty smell in the room. We went out for a few hours to the beach and had dinner and came back hoping for a night swim but the pool closed at 8pm. Wish it were open a bit later at least until 9:00 or 10:00pm.

Negative: When we arrived the toilet handle to flush it was broken. I called the front desk and someone came up to take a look and it was thought to be fixed. We left for a few hours came back and problem was still there. I called at 8pm and security arrived at 9:30 - he fixed the problem thankfully. The pool closed at 8pm and wish it were open a bit later for a night swim before bed. The rug in the room was damp and wet all over - figured it was due to humidity and location being located on the water which happens.

Summary: Not sure if we'd stay again, but the woman at checkout was pleasant and gave a little discount.

Positive: Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit was my favorite. Cocktails were also great.

Negative: 3 flights of stairs was too much for me. I’m asthmatic my sister in law had to carry my suitcase. I didn’t ask for penthouse suite so I will make sure not to get that again but the view was amazing.

Positive: Great views; good location. Big fridge in the room.

Negative: The carpet is straight out of 1973 and may not have been replaced since then. Felt dingy. Even off season it was pretty expensive and the complimentary breakfast was cheap.

Positive: View of the boats was beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean.

Negative: No elevator and having to go up 3 flights of stairs with my husband who just had a hip replacement. We ended up leaving after thr first night. Other then that it's a beautiful well kept hotel.
