Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful with any request we had. They cooked a wonderful breakfast to order each morning based off their well rounded menu. The pool area is tidy and had all the amenities you could need. The parking on site was spacious and secure. The lounge area was wonderfully kept and had poker, chess sets and a TV to entertain. They had ice and water ready to serve their guests at their leisure. Truly an 11/10 place to stay.

Negative: Genuinely nothing to complain about here.

Summary: 11 out of 10! Will 100% be back next year

Positive: My husband and I were looking for a nice quiet, clean, quaint, and close to Rehoboth Beach B&B. The Homestead met all of our needs and more! It is a lovely B&B only 3 miles from the beach. The innkeepers Joe and Dave are WONDERFUL. My husband and I plan to return in the spring.

Negative: The chairs in our room were a little uncomfortable due to being so small. Everything else was nice.

Positive: We had a great stay at the Homestead. The hosts were knowledgeable and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect and the property was beautiful. We loved the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.

Positive: Fabulous breakfasts every morning with great selections. Joe and David were fabulous hosts. We stayed last year in sunflower room with our dog it was wonderful. This year we stayed in the carriage house loft and it was absolutely fabulous.i cannot say enough good things. This is the place to stay in Delaware❤️

Positive: We had a very nice stay. The owners are very friendly and communication is excellent. Very tasty home-cooked breakfast! And if you're traveling with a pet, the facilities are superb, there is even a fenced in dog run! It's a cozy old (renovated) house, so expect the creaks, etc, that come with that, but it's part of the charm of the place. Great location for accessing everything in the area. Very pleased with our stay.
