Have fun with your whole crew in our 148 year old home near downtown! There's endless activities year round; world class ski resorts (15-45 min.), hiking, biking, hot springs, fishing, white water rafting, Loop Railroad, leaf peeping, museums, bighorn viewing, star gazing, tour a gold mine, etc!
Cook on a La Cornue gas stove/oven, 6 patios, 2 block walk to Main Street shopping, surrounded by mountains and near Clear Creek and the lake.
3 of the bedrooms feature their own, private, full bathrooms: 1 with clawfoot tub/shower, 1 with a standard tub with shower, and 1 with just a (large) shower. The 4th full bathroom is in a more private part of the house that can be closed off as a one bedroom apartment that sleeps four since there is a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment area also features its own kitchenette with an indoor and outdoor dinette, a private entrance accessed by a stairwell in the backyard, and an interior entry as well.
The main area of the house offers a large, well laid out kitchen with a $14K handmade in France gas stove/oven, dining room with gas-flamed heater and a working space for two, and a magnificent living room with very large TV, chic furniture/chandeliers, fireplace, and antique piano.
The entire house is yours to use except for a couple of small closets that are across from the laundry room. There is also a small closet in the kitchen that is locked and not to be accessed.
