Positive: A very lovely property. The hostess, Jamie, is amazing. Very kind and personable, not to mention a great cook! Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was large and very functional. My very late check-in (after midnight) was seamless. The whole house is full of charm, beauty and great vibes. Old Georgetown is picturesque and idyllic, and the Rose Street Bed and Breakfast exemplifies this charm. Bravo.
Negative: Everything was great.
Summary: Lovely Bed and Breakfast in a charming historic Colorado mining town.

Positive: Quaint little bed and breakfast with antique charm. The host were amazing and very responses when we had questions. The bathroom was very clean and updated but was separated from the room. Still private which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was healthy and tasty with nicely brewed fresh coffee. Lovely and roomy spaces to relax throughout the property.
Negative: Little warm inside. Not sure if there was A/C but didn't feel like it. Old house so it might not be equipped with cooling options. We were there on a cooler July day so still not terrible.
Summary: Quaint and relaxing stay in Georgetown, CO

Positive: The house was so charming. The host was so sweet, was always available if we needed anything, and she made the best breakfast. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to all the cute shops, but also far enough that you didn’t hear all the noise and traffic. We loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back.
Negative: We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Everything was perfect.
Summary: One of the few bed and breakfasts that I can’t wait to return to.
