Positive: Lisa and family are lovely hosts. They were friendly and interesting to talk to - their English is very good- and they arranged good deals for us on taxis to Hue An. We rented the top floor. The rooms are large and very clean and comfortable. The balcony is nice.

Positive: Lisa and her family are gems! Friendly and so helpful. She suggested places and activities that you wouldn't find on tourists websites. Also plenty of kid friendly activities. We could not go to all of them, but she's a wealth of local insights so talk to her about your travel plans. We took the family room, so had the entire top floor to ourselves. Her son is such a sweet kid, plenty of toys in their living area which you're welcome to play with. We were very comfortable.
