Positive: Lovely welcome, nice and clean , good location plenty of plug sockets, excellent value for money

Negative: A small Bin in the room or bathroom, A plug for the bath/sink and the TV didn't play the picture on normal channels

Positive: The stay was fairly okay and welcoming staff and polite. A very quiet spot also which I enjoyed with the view of the road.

Negative: The room that was given had a broken head board which kept on falling off all night the room was cold heating wasn't working. Which I was freezing. The TV couldn't turn on because the remote wasn't working .

Summary: It's a fairly great place I would deffo stay again . Just needs to improve a bit more on facilities.

Negative: Room wasn’t cleaned well dead spiders on bathroom floor, cob webs in the room, bed very uncomfortable and bottom sheet didn’t even fit the mattress. very dated and tiles peeling off the wall in the lift. Very noisy lift and squeaky door to hall meant not much sleep. Went to go to the bar 8pm but no one in it including staff. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth £6.95

Positive: Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room of very high standard, clean and well stocked, including tea/ coffee. Good car park with security cameras. Good breakfast.

Negative: Nothing, all very satisfactory.

Summary: A great revisit to the best hotel in my home town.

Positive: Very pleasant room with nice view overlooking a green space. Microwave in the room and lovely toiletries

Negative: Absolutely stunk of people smoking weed outside in the smoking area and also in the communal areas. We would have really enjoyed our stay if it were not for this. The fire door banged all night against the frame and kept us awake.

Positive: Friendly receptionist. Bed very comfy and very spacious

Negative: Old toilet. Old shower. Toilet in initial room didn’t flush properly so moved room. Lovely room however the person next door was chatting and shouting at the top of her voice until around 4am

Summary: It was nice but I do think the bathrooms need some attention.
