The open-concept layout includes a spacious sectional for lounging, a pool table for friendly competition, and a fully stocked chef-style kitchen with high-end appliances, expansive pantry, a massive island, and bar seating. The indoor dining area flows seamlessly to a covered patio with sweeping views of the hills, a gas grill, and a large charcoal smoker for classic Texas barbecue.
The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests across three king bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and an upstairs loft with two additional twin beds. Four full bathrooms throughout the home are styled with spa-like tilework and elegant finishes, offering resort-level comfort.
A separate upstairs room with a private balcony provides a quiet escape for remote work, featuring two thoughtfully arranged workstations that make it easy to sneak in a bit of productivity when needed.
