I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommended. The pool was dirty but I can see how that can be an easy fix. The water slide did have to be back flushed several times. A few things that I would change are definitely a bigger BBQ pit. One that has a firebox and a smoker. Maybe a horseshoe pit and an ice machine should be a standard in the subdivision. Other than that the place is great and hope to see these changes when we visit next year.
