Summary: The place is fun, cute, private, close to the Redwoods. Bed was comfortable. Loved the owner's creatures that have the run of the place (cats, ducks, chickens) and enjoyed the chicken eggs. Gracious host, very available.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hideout. Aneka was the most hospitable and our hike on the Boy Scout Trail in the Jedediah Redwoods was great. The coast was amazing and not a far drive at all. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely book again.

Summary: We were only in Crescent City for two nights to hike in the redwoods, and Aneka's place was perfect! She was an excellent host and even left a basket of farm fresh eggs from her chickens in the fridge for us. We'd go back!
