Positive: The accommodation was spacious enough, and clean. The garden is quite nice. It is within walking distance to a pub, train station and the supermarket, but there are no footpaths and the roads are very narrow, country lanes. It would be best if you had a car. The Aga was on all the time, which was handy to dry clothes.

Negative: The house is located on the same property as 3 other houses and there is a highway located very close, so it is noisy outside. The hot water is heated with an Aga cooker, so the kitchen is very hot in summer. No Aga, no hot water. It was hot enough we had to leave windows open. The kitchen was not well equipped, so cooking was limited. The gym is only open at certain times of the day. The outdoor cinema and bar are not as nice as they look in the pictures. They are a bit dirty and unkempt. The front door was difficult to unlock and lock.

Summary: Nice enough, but not worth the money.

Positive: The location of this property is stunning. Really nice and quiet with lots of space for children to play in and lovely woodland for walks. Everything is provided, starting with the kitchen and finishing with the personal hygiene such as shampoos, one time toothbrush and many more. There was lots of entertainment facilities for both children and adults to enjoy. The host was really responsive and helpful. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying here as you won't be disappointed.

Positive: We booked the property for a birthday party and it was excellent.Really nice and quiet, for those who wants to escape the city and relax in the woodlands area would definitely recommend. Everything is provided, starting with the kitchen and finishing with the personal hygiene such as shampoos, one time toothbrush and many more. The place makes you forget about all the problems and gives you a peaceful atmosphere. Really appreciate the host for giving us the opportunity to rent this property also for a good price. Would totally recommend!
