Positive: Great location, lovely accommodation. Welcome package is a lovely touch.

Negative: Lots of leaves surrounding the hot tub, very slippery and having to carry the bins quite a distance wasn’t great on our exit

Positive: 2 bathrooms. Bottle of wine and chocs upon arrival. Dvd player. Hot tub (although did not use due to weather).

Negative: 10am departure, as had to be up early to make breakfast and clean before departure.

Summary: Lovely welcoming place. Chalet nice and big. A home from home.

Positive: Lovely caravan, which was clean, and was on a lovely site. The caravan was well equipped for everything we needed in the kitchen too. Great location for visiting family in Alnwick. Would recommend to friends and family

Positive: Very clean, modern and very well equipped. Hot tub a bonus :) quiet site with good location for exloring the area. Pet friendly .. our dog loved the large veranda :)

Positive: Clean, functional, a bottle of wine and box of chocolates were a very nice touch

Negative: The only problem was with the people in a chalet on the other side of the road who decided to blare out extremely loud music at midnight which woke us up and carried on for a couple of hours, only turning it off after our request to do so. We were up early to vacate the property the next morning and were left very tired. For that reason, we would not book to stay here again.
