Positive: Property was in a great location and was fine as a base for what we needed however needed a few final touches to improve

Negative: Basic facilities - hot tub was great but didn’t work brilliantly bit rough and ready

Positive: Amazing location, perfect for a cheap and cheerful trip away. Great for kids as there's plenty of room inside. They loved the hot tub and the location as there are cows in the field right next to you, which they loved seeing every morning. The location is great to get to nearby villages and local attractions. We never had to drive more than 30 minutes to find great child friendly things to do. You are 5 minutes drive from Fairford centre which has a coop, shops and lovely cafés. We found the hosts were good on communication and answered any questions we had quickly. There are some nice decorations inside the accommodation that make it more homey and it has everything you need for self-catering. Overall, it's perfect for kids who love an adventure and a good base to stay at when enjoying the cotswolds. Really quite location, no one really around and nice and private. There is an army base with a runway very close and the odd aeroplane landing, but not very often, and our boys enjoyed seeing them land and found it quite exciting.

Negative: There are some aspects of the accommodation that could be cleaner, tidied up more, and more finished off. Inside, there were a few aspects we felt could be cleaner, but the hosts did their very best to help. It would not put me off booking, but expect some parts to be a bit rough and ready. The outdoor area is fine, but again, some aspects are a bit unfinished or worn. The accommodation is located on/near a farm where there are some smaller cottages/houses that are still being developed, there is alot of buildings materials and general work equipment around outside of the gated outdoor area.

Negative: 1. It wasn't clear (garden table sticky, parasole absolutely dirty, toilet wasn't flashing properly , gods poo around the properly and the BBQ was dirty. 2.better communication with the owner as they won't reply on messages.other then that super
