Positive: Clean and comfortable. Homey feel. A bit too far to walk to most Woodstock attractions.

Negative: Passerby’s can see into room. Bed low to ground with sharp corners. Open bathroom/shower was odd.

Positive: Very clean and nice decor. Living room space and exterior porch were pleasant. Location just outside of town was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Negative: Road noise from the King Suite was more than we'd expected. Getting into and out of the tub shower was a little bit of a hurdle, especially for someone older or not agile.

Positive: The owner is very attentive and checks in for feedback. The commissary was a major plus. The room was well equipped and the common areas were comfortable with a great vibe. Good wifi. Convenient and walkable to town and trails.

Negative: I wasn't able to fully rate the facilities because the hot tub was closed for maintenance during my stay there.

Positive: We loved the spacious common outdoor area that was completely fenced, so our little dog was able to be there with us without our worrying about her safety. The area had a barrel hot tub, a place to make a fire, plenty of firewood and lots of places to sit. We stayed in Mitchell Manor {named to honor Joni Mitchell} and you could see that the owners had put a lot of creative thought into everything that was in there. It was very Woodstock and it was delightful.
