Positive: Breakfast option was excellent to have as they consider our preferences also and the rooms were well crafted and well designed. View is most premium and we guess one of the best view as mountains and open lake view is there.

Positive: One of the safest place to stay in dal lake ,the humble representative guy and the room's itself has an elegant touch of heritage perspectives. We enjoy the tour managed by the host adil bhai ,he literally guided us in a way that all day's we spent in Kashmir were memorable.

Positive: Great location within the Lake (Ghat No 12). Very good hosts. (Gulzar & Irshad). And the Shikara wala was also very good (Irshad). Very humorous and it was fun. Rooms were decent and clean.

Negative: Food taste, prefer eating out.

Positive: Someone has truly said kashmir is like switzerland but I believe much beautiful and much vast then that. And here with the host adil bhai we could see all of this by his help of transportation and guidance which which place were top senetic spots.

Negative: Toilets were dirty and stinking. Too many mosquitoes and both my children had allergic reaction because of that. Ben sheets and linen were not changed before we came and there was rubbish inside the bed and stains on the linen.
