Summary: Excellent service, nice hotel. Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before).

Summary: Had a email the day we were checking in saying for 50$ we could up grade to a suite ………SWEET!!!!! Glad we did it was a 1br 1 bth w/ a FP ……hotel it self was nice , clean and comfy … staff was pleasant .. and decent restaurant attached !!!!

Summary: Love staying at this hotel. It’s the only place my wife and I agreed on to always stay at in the future when we are anywhere near Kirkland. The rooms are very clean and nice. Being down near the lake offers a whole bunch of great options including restaurants.
