Positive: Location excellent, felt central to the places we want to visit. House clean and had all the things you would expect ie... saucepans, crockery etc. Beds extremely comfortable. Garden great spent evenings there, very quiet... added bonus was the ice cream van 😋

Positive: Very comfy beds, constantly warm during a cold spell. Well equipped. We requested a couple of balloons on arrival for my sons birthday and walked into a huge banner and about 10 balloons as well other decorations! Communication with the owner was excellent with prompt replies and lots of help on where to visit with 3 teenagers. If we return to Manchester, we would not hesitate to return to this property.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the Heart. The beds were comfy, the facilities fab. Thank goodness everything was explained in the information book, Australia has no central heating. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a home away from home, the Heart is close to shops and great little cafes. We will definitely be back when travelling back in the area again.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like, it just took us a while to work out how to lock the door. But that's only because ours are different to english door locks.
