Positive: Big house Only 10-15 min walk from Robin Hoods bay Comfy beds

Negative: We had to clean the cupboards in the kitchen as there were some crumbs.

Summary: Had a lovely time, would stay again!

Negative: The garden rotten decking . Rubbish piled up . Not dog safe no gate on to the road no welcome folder with information in. Shower held on with rubber band. Slats out of double bed missing. Draws on king size would not shut..paper lose on stairs paint touched up with wrong colour. No idea how to turn lights on in the garden

Positive: Fantastic location, so peaceful and the garden was beautiful. Large spacious house with very comfy beds and everything you need for a fabulous family holiday.

Negative: The living room area smelled of dog, not a problem if you are taking your pet and its my own fault for not checking if it was pet friendly. Quite busy in the summer holidays so a few times we had to park in the village. Apart from that we loved it!
