Summary: Check was super easy. The place was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. The host was super helpful and replied quick. Overall great stay.

Summary: I stayed here for six days to attend the Big 12 Basketball Tournament. The property is as described, and the rooms are large. It is easy to locate a couple of blocks off the square in Independence. For warmer weather , the Square is a short walk with shopping, restaurants and breweries. The area is clean and seems safe. It is an easy 15-20 min drive to T-Mobile. Host was prompt the 2 times I contacted him. If availailable next year, I will book again.
