Positive: The apartment itself is stunning, even better than the photos suggest, but I cannot recommend this place at all. After a long 15-hour journey, we initially struggled to even enter the building. Despite correctly entering the key code multiple times, the door wouldn’t open. Eventually, we managed to get inside, but then spent considerable time searching for the key box due to vague and incomplete instructions from the management company. They failed to mention that the key box was on the 3rd floor next to the apartment—it was only described as being in the "entrance hallway," which naturally led us to believe it would be near the building's main entrance. Initially, the helpline was helpful, sending us videos on how to open and locate the key box. However, after that, when we still couldn’t open the apartment door, they became completely unresponsive. They offered no further assistance or guidelines and simply put me on hold, after which I had to hang up. To make matters worse, they never called back to check whether we had managed to gain entry or not. While we did enjoy the apartment once inside, the most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of professional support. Without the help of another resident, we likely would have been forced to book another hotel. The helpline's failure to follow up and provide any real assistance is concerning, especially in case of emergencies or if you're unable to access the flat. You would be left with no option but to find alternative accommodation. lastly, there was a problem with the lift and it was not fixed for the entirety of our stay and the flush of one of the two toilets was missing which forced all four of us to use only one toilet.

Negative: The property isn’t the cleanest. Scuffs all over the walls, dishes and cutlery needed to be washed before using, I had to hover the entire flat on arrival due to it being dirty, few stains on the carpet and the balcony’s where covered in cob webs which I had to use a brush to remove. The chairs on balcony cannot be used due to the amount of dirt on them and the flat is unbelievably hot. To the point we could not sleep. Broken blinds and windows which cannot be opened due to being broke. Most of the furniture is in a very used condition. Both showers are low (broken clips I think) so for someone like myself at 6ft tall was a nightmare to shower. There has to be an issue with the heating and a nightmare with checking in. Previous reviews also mentioned the check in was a nightmare. Considering what we paid, I felt we would have got much better.

Positive: Great layout and location. Modern and clean. Excellent shower and coffee maker.

Negative: Power not available upon check in. Took a couple of hours to get a complicated code then processed it (with help from family and a youtube video) to add power. Windows did not open in second bedroom so the flat was hot for sleeping in that room. We hosted 3 outside visits to fix the window unsuccessfully. This impacted our private time.

Summary: Power at check in and windows that could open would cause me to book this flat always!

Positive: Very comfortable and quiet stay. Flat was very clean. Staff was quick to respond with any issues. Felt like 'home' for our 4 night stay.

Negative: Check in information was incorrect, but quickly rectified. The kitchen supplies were extremely limited. No pan, only pots. Dishes and glasses were plentiful. Salt and pepper were the spice options provided.
